SERRV's Madison Retail Outlet

SERRV has been a long-time customer of TEK.  For 60 years, SERRV has worked to eradicate poverty by marketing crafts and foods produced by low-income artisans and farmers worldwide.  Susan Sheldon, the manager of SERRV's retail outlet in Madison, Wisconsin, sees a natural fit between the mission of her organization and TEK - both are dedicated to providing employees with a chance to change their lives.

While TEK's mission is important, Susan insists that it is the high-quality of TEK's products that is most compelling to her purchasing decision.  Her store's best selling TEK products are the glycerin and cold process soaps because of their "wonderful scent."  However, Susan's personal favorite is the body oil.  "This product does a fantastic job of keeping my skin soft during the hard Wisconsin winter!"  In addition to enjoying TEK's wonderful products, Susan says her customers enjoy reading TEK's promotional materials sharing the many success stories of TEK participants.

As a retail manager, Susan compliments TEK on its fantastic customer service which she believes is much higher than industry standards.  Every time she calls to place an order she talks to a "real person and not a machine" which is a "welcome change" for her.  The products Susan orders have always been in stock and delivered to her store within two days and without any errors.
